if wat i read before was true then barca offered more for viera. As Inter offered 9m only..While barca offered mota +10m so the barca offer is much better.

Motta isnt that bad also imo.Could be very good considering the circumstances, and we dont have an attacking CM, so he would come in handy.

They are completely different players. Vieira would fill the role Edmilson takes for Barca, located right in front of the defense.
