I felt the urge to bring this old thread back to life. I've seen one or two episodes of that tv show "24" lately and there is one guy I really can't stand. It's the guy playing the president, Dennis Haysbert. He is just such a lousy actor! And I can't even explain why, I just can't stand him, there's something that really irks me. First of all, the thing about a good actor is that you can't see that he's acting, you feel him/her in the role, it looks natural. This guy is the complete opposite, it looks like someone is telling him what to do down to the smallest detail and he still can't keep up. I've seen him in another series and although he wasn't quite as bad there, it was much the same thing. In this case it's particularly painful because he looks like the type who can't make a decision to save his life and he's playing the president!
