Sorry for this title but read this article my english isnt good enough to translate it but perhaps somebody else can translate it. its incredible and it seems that juve have right to go for the tar:

Secondo le due Onlus ''i due sodali con tale azione mostrano di essere consci che i procedimenti della giustizia sportiva sono stati farseschi, e pertanto hanno prodotto sentenze abnormi si' da legittimare l'ipotesi che siano state condannate persino societa' al massimo punibili con ammenda e diffida''. L'ipotesi di reato avanzata dai denuncianti e' quella di tentata estorsione con minacce gravi. ''Guido Rossi in concorso eventuale con Joseph Blatter - precisa la nota - ha minacciato le societa' calcistiche e i tesserati al fine di costringerli a omettere il legittimo ricorso al Tar cosi' tentando di procurare a se' o ad altri (Figc, Caf, Corte Federale) l'ingiusto profitto consistente nella definitivizzazione dei provvedimenti disciplinari pronunciati dagli organi di giustizia sportiva tutti contestati'''.

It says that two associations will have Blatter and Rossi to go for a judgment because they have said that if juve will go for the tar they will punish us. so they know that the punishment of the teams in the calciopoli scandal was not right and to hard. something like this. please for a better translation...

    No we are not mentioned in this article. its only about rossi and blatter and their blackmail to the clubs who went go to the tar and the punishment of italy to get out of the internation games.

    f*cked? 2 groups are taking Rossi and Blatter to the courts for trying to screw the teams that will go to the TAR.(extortion and grave threats)

    still, this is more like a wet firecracker than a Big Bomb. This news won't even make the 1st page of the Gazzetta and will just go away....:rolleyes:

    Hey I've red I think the same article on Goal.com and it says if Juve appeal to TAR then FICG could face ban from all UEFA and FIFA competitons, like Qualifications for Euro 2008 etc.

    well juve have withdrawn their appeal so this can mean 2 things

    1- That Juve have been bullied into backing down so that they do not get further sanctions (FIFA punishes FIGC....FIGC punishes Juve)

    2-FIGC are scared they might have pay 92 mill. pounds in damages to Juventus because of demotion so they agree to reduce the points deduction even more...


    Hope its option 2
