I could have given Fred a permanent ban back then. Then I could have said to the mods to respect my mod decision and I could have acted childishly and refuse to unban him, even when other members would have asked me to unban Fred. I could have made it "me or him".

Of course, it would have been too childish, immature and stupid if I did that to a member who loves the forum, posts regularly and contributes. I'm not any more worthy than him and I was going to be abusing my mod powers.
My dick wasn't going to become any bigger though.
