Thanks to both the valuable heating coils under the field and the polar cold which didn’t reach Vinovo, today the Bianconeri had the possibility to return to step on the grass.
Juventus had the chance to train on a perfect pitch, just surrounded by the snow fallen in these days.
The sessions started with a long technical warm up, including ball management, aerobic exercises and the usual circle drill.
The focus then shifted on tactics, and all players were divided into two groups: defensive movements were tested on a pitch, while on the adjacent one the offensive system was addressed. The last part of the training saw instead the Bianconeri all together to work on team’s movements.
Tomorrow, on the day before the game against Siena, the training session will occur in the morning. Before the session, manager Antonio Conte will speak to media at 10:00am at the Media Center in Vinovo.
