Why does this place go from pretty much pure craziness, to being absolutely dead? I think it a little odd how we have people from all over the world, and none of them loselish enough to post.........

Work conference, people are real nervous around here since the Katrina memory is still fresh. I dont know how much you know about the houston area but Galveston island will be devestated as it happened about a century ago. I'll find out tomorrow if I'm going to Dallas.

Yeah, if Galveston is hit by a catagory four hurricane we will have another absolutely horrendous disaster on our hands. The latest forcast for Rita has it strengthening to a Cat 4, boarderline Cat 5 in the Western Gulf, perhaps coming ashore around Galveston.
