I think Rab is well qualified. I mean, Jack is also a mod and a very good one. And I find him very similar person to Rab. If Rab can keep it up like he has been doing recently and put his bias aside, he´ll do a good job. He has been here for a long time and knows everything about the Forum. And nobody was a great mod when he just started. Congratulations... no offence, but is someone who gets into personal conflicts every other day, someone who provokes, is very emotional and spiteful really a good choise?

Personally, I think someone's natural behaviour doesn't say much about his capability to use authority in an appropriate way. After all, a moderator, a police officer, a tax inspector etc... they're all playing a well-defined role.
