oh cmon, its basically common law in torts and contracts
Then it can't be too hard for the great Bes, can it?
And I'm currently writing a paper on a law & economics analysis of a EU regulations on chemicals.
I know it sounds boring, but it's actually quite nice.

And I'm not doing your homework.

Do you mean by your studies something related to torts, voids, lump-sums, and these things??

I studied these things once. Those related to the aquisition and divestiture of properties, transfer site assessments and such things.

And when it becomes accrued liability on the company.

I know I didn't get you anything useful, but it maybe good to know somebody has suffered the same things you're suffering right now.
