i think martin should put a line up.

if they do not post anything for like,60-80 days they will be automatically deleted.

It'd be silly and unfair to ban IP addresses of users who have registered and not posted. It's not like they're hurting anyone anyway, I say only delete members with 0 posts who have been registered for over 1-2 years or something, and even that's not necessary.
