What a season that was, surely the most dramatic I ever witnessed. I remember a few weeks before that game Juve played against Piacenza and it was a must win game and we were drawing with them until the 86th minute when Davids or Tachinardi played a long ball to Nicola Amuroso in the edge of the area. Amoruso gave Nedved a one touch pass and Nedved unleashed an unstoppable volley that flew to the top corner.

What a goal that was, it highlited our season.

I remember Nedved ran straight to Lippi and hugged him, I dont remember any of our players showing any affection to Capello this year.

Forza Lippi :touched:

Forza Lippi :touched:
You know why? Because Lippi beleived in him. He didn't bench him because he didn't perform the first time he came he gave him all the time to blend in with the team.

FROZA SIR LIPPI best coach in the world :)

I had convinced myself that it wouldn't happen, Inter would beat Lazio and we would finish 2nd. I had no TV coverage at all and followed it on the internet. When the final results came in, I let out a scream that I'm sure most of the people in my street heard! :D

A day that will be long remembered.

I remember it was an afternoon match, I had an exam that started just before the match. Since I live far away from univeristy. As soon as I handed in my paper and drove fast to my friends house who live very close to uni. As I was going in my friend told me that Inter was leading 4-1 I was really sad... It just a couple of minutes when i realized he was fvckin wid me. I watched the rest of the match and I couldn't beleive it when Inter lost and we won 2-0. It was amazing.. I liked that season that Del Piero scored the openner of the season and he scored the finale. Yes I am biased .. And I am proud of it

What a wonderful day :D

Materazzi told the Lazio players "I made you win the scudetto!"
(He played for Perugia in 2000)

A very, very memorable day. :thumb:

Oh, and for the record, it was the day I got engaged to my wife in Ravello, Italy. ;)

Surprisingly, I haven't seen much around these parts about it being 5/5/05 ... or even Cinco de Mayo for all my Latin friends down in the Mission District.
