A geriatric who will want to leave in 12 months, a midfielder who may or may not get back to his previous levels, a never was Jabroni putting up stats on a small team, and an average midfielder with hustle and little else. Yeah, the future is bright indeed.

Man I’d give anything to have a player here that puts up those kinds of numbers year in year out

This.
Year in year out? You should go and look at his stats then because this season was an exception (along with 2019-2020), not the rule.

Schira and Albanese also saying that there’s been some positive signs over the latest contract offer and we could get an answer by the weekend.

Tbh this guy would be amazing even if only for one season. Vlahovic will be a very happy man with the service he’d get from him.

As long as the next guy is ready (Zaniolo?), why care?

Also, I'd argue Pogba has always shown he's still very capable of playing at that level for France. Man U is a graveyard.

I'm not against Di Maria. I was just dramatizing the situation to highlight how things could potentially go haywire rather quickly.

As for the next guy, well that depends. Who is that next guy? Zaniolo? I'm fine with that. Rusty? Meh. Retardi? Absolutely not!

For me? Zaniolo all the way. I truly don't see the point in exaggerating his ACL injuries. But I guess we'll see what happens.

Also I would fucking love Di Maria to join us. He's one of the most underrated wingers of the nillies. Should do the teick for one more year, especially with Chiesa returning.

Hope that recent rumors are true and that we will get a final answer this weekend, at this point i don’t even care as much if he comes or not, i just want the saga to be over so we can move on and continue with the rebuild as efficiently as possible.

This year Di Maria, next year the final solution will be Zaniolo whom the club can't buy this Summer. Net year Roma will have to sell. About time Juve stops throwing money left and right, better to do it the 'Bayern' way xD
Agree
This mercato get Di Maria and kostic
Next summer get Zaniolo. In the meantime we can evaluate his fitness.

Next year hope.chiesa back to his performance.

So we will have chiesa zaniolo.and kostic for winger next season

Another positif is zaniolo.can play as midfielder

and then we must wait until Christmas for the new squad to gel
then we must wait for May because the team will show up in important games
meh it was a transition season anyway, didn't expect much
wait for September before we pass judgement on the rebuild
Are you comparing us not knowing the boards transfer plans to us not performing on the pitch?
