I like Tek, as you know, but his blunders to begin the season are multiple years of blunders for most top keepers. He’s been solid, but not spectacular, since then. Which I suppose suits this team. Most annoying thing with him for me is how frequently he gets beaten near post which is a major no-no for most good keepers. It’s as if he cheats too much to far post and leaves that gap to be beaten.
He doesnt impose security imo. The few PKs are the only thing you can point out about him this year, other than that he was average. You can say some goals werent his mistakes per se, but a lot of them were saveable by a better GK. And i do think a GK is too important for a defense, especially for a team that concedes possession. You do everything right, you force the ball to a defendable area, they shoot and it goes into the net off the keeper, or he just is standing and watching it go in. It kills morale and it can change games completely. That and the midfield falling out too easily makes our defense look worse than it is.
I firmly believe we would be up there with Milan and inter with a better GK, even if Szczesny saved us 4 points in both Roma games. No one can convince me otherwise as im watching all the goals we conceded this year

if there’s anyone willing to buy Tek they should do it without thinking twice. I doubt there is though but who knows
Sadly no one would take him. Maybe Newcastle, dont know their GK situation. Or some super rich team like City as their backup GK. Other than that, dont see how anyone would bite
