well obviously everyone do, its pretty hard to reach the 90-60-90 (perfect measurements) naturally, mostly with boobs. what most women fix are boobs and nose, and they go on a really strict diet. in those pictures most of them look pretty plastic and fake but its because all the makeup they had on and stuff, the staff will make them look more natural soon when they start preparing for miss universe/miss world etc.

no, i mean they go for major plastic surgery n remove moles n stuff n enhhance their whole figure not like other pageants where they just touch up..this one they really surgicly make their faces diifferent..i dunno, i just heard this from somewhere i can remember
