The Italian way of playing more defensive football. Put in another defender, switch to 3-4-1-2 and call the fullbacks wingbacks.

No, we weren't failing with the 4-2-3-1 when Ciro played it properly but we never ever played a really good game with the 4-3-1-2. I don't like it and I don't think it has a place in todays modern football.

Tbh, I'd take any coach who wouldn't play 4-3-1-2.

Me too, if he gives the 4-2-3-1 a chance and he gets us in the Champions League I would want him here next season.

These annoying coaches we get are competing in who can play more defensively than the other. Ranieri with his two defensive midfielders in a 4-4-2, Ciro with three players behind Diego and now Zaccheroni wants to use 5 defenders on the pitch. Its getting really, really hard to enjoy watching us...

Yeah, only in Italy you find retarded formation. Whats next, 4-2-4?

3-4-3 with two forwards as wingers like in 4-3-3 instead. Buffon Caceres - Canna - Chiellini Zebina - Candreva - Melo - PDC Diego - Amauri - Gio
