Are you sure? If I am not mistaken, there are exceptions too, like sharing the total wage, or the second club (Bari) doesn't even pay a penny, if there were agreements between them.
It is Juve's tradition to screw it's youngsters. I can't think in any positive way about him. there is no point of loaning him out, he is not a teenager, he is ready to make the bench at least!
