And it is almost always in the big games he plays well and in the games against shit teams that he is poor.

Absolutely. I prefer Grygera defensively to Zebina, but there is no doubt that Zebina is the better option in the current system.

I'm not saying we couldn't do better (Zebina is better than Grygera in the current system). All I'm saying is that I think Grygera is not nearly as bad as people here make out.

I just watched what was almost a full re-run of the game. I thought Grygera was better than many of you are giving him credit for. He was almost perfect in defence and that is all you can ask, because he is a defensive fullback. Melo and Diego were head and shoulders above everyone else...

Sure, but all things considered, I won't complain if we get a draw. It'll be interesting to see how Ciro approaches this game. Will he try and control the game or will he be content to allow Roma most of the possession and for us to play mostly on the counter attack?

Roma have lots of unpredictable players, so I am concerned about them.

You want to check how many players Roma were missing in that game? I'll accept a draw just now.

Actually, both of them do better against good opponents. It gives them the chance to show their very good defensive ability, rather than their rather poor ability when in possession.
