Just make sure you don't criticise Secco for signing questionable players the manger wants, if you won't praise him for signing the good players the manager wanted.

OK then, but saying Aquilani isn't worth what we would have to pay is different from saying he isn't that good, which is what some folk have been saying.
For the record, all things considered, I think Alonso is a better option than Aquilani.

There was an outside chance of Aquilani leaving because he was stalling over a new contract.
De Rossi will probably never leave Roma, and he would never play for Juve.
