I don't understand why he never tries to beat his man, specially when he doesn't lack in pace. He always slow downs the play and eventually give a pass back. He needs to be a little unpredictable on the wing.

He's going to be here at least until the end of the season, so lets keep insults inside and evaluate how he does over the course of the season. It's only October...

Seems like Conte will start Padoin for Milan game. No matter how sh!t Isla has been, I'd still chose him over Padoin. That guy offers nothing in a wingback position.

What annoyed me most about him from the last game is that he never tried to beat his man down the flank before crossing. He'd just try to cross the ball immediately when he got the ball, standing, not running, which was pretty easy for the defenders to block them.

That miss....kinda felt like intentional.

I don't think Inter will take him, now that they have confirmed the capture of Wallace. Though I wouldn't rule out Isla's departure to another team.
