    I messed up my lower back real good last time around doing squats and deadlifts. After 6 months out doing yoga and whatnot I came back and Im almost only doing bodyweight exercises now. Max 20-30kg sand bags on squats and lunges and just upping the reps.

    Lockdown messed me up good. Went from being the shape of my life to fighting through 5 pullups. Lost 12kg and started smoking again. I feel like an utter wuss in the gym.

    It's 16minutes total. Especially on leg and deadlift days I feel like it's a perfect warm up as the hill running fires up all the muscles I'm using. No backup for my claim other than it has done wonders for me.
