Upgrade to Lion. Then Bootcamp Assistant will partition the harddrive for you (you pick the size). Once it's done it'll reboot the computer. Insert the Win 7 DVD and install. You will probably have to format the Windows partition before you can install it. When you're done, reboot. Hold down...

I think so too. Upgrades are usually pretty cheap.

You need to update to Snow Leopard first then you can update to Lion. Was trying to update from Leopard to Mountain Lion last week but that wasn't even close to working :P Bootcamp is pretty damn nice btw. I run Mountain Lion and have a small partition for Windows 7 as well. :P
