I feel the 90M price-tag whilst not delivering in CL stand in the way of him being seen as a great leader. I saw him asking the team to get more up the pitch, saw him press, but to me he still seems like the new guy who hasn't fully delivered yet.

His grinta was great, but we could see what a proper winger can do, asa D Costa. I'm only worried about having less and less leaders on the pitch, from midfield and up. No more ADPs, Nedveds, Vidals, Tevezs...we need players who can drive the team forward.
