hoori's point is one of consistency, and she does make a point. Furthermore, there's a difference between understanding why one would act a certain way and not blaming them for it. Regardless of what he did, his killing cannot be blameless since he gave up.

you ignored the 'protect' piece in my post. His killing is obviously inhumane but so is not burying him according to his beliefs and once again it doesnt matter who it is hitler, mother theresa or joe blow, it's a right afforded to every prisoner.

as for the burial debate, it says more about those burying him than the one being buried. Civilized humans feed, protect, hospitalize, and bury prisoners regardless of their trespass.
