    Definitely when. Just do another strength cycle maybe 9-12 week one, and for sure you'll hit it with proper food. Also check with someone a bit more experienced on your leg drive, that should help.

    Get a second opinion, and definitely drop boxing or any activity that involves swinging your arm violently. Go for slow controlled rehab type exercise.

    Yeah sparring should come much later, od say after at least 6 months of dedicated training and first with the coach then people you can trust to do it right. The thing with boxing though is that it doesn't really work with bodybuilding, especially the shoulder part.

    I think it might be placebo effect :P or other hormonal factors, i wouldn't personally drop lotsa money on juice, actually i never drink juice period. I prefer eat whole fruit. For boosting test nothing beats good diet, vitamin d and good sleep. Of course staying away from cigarettes, alcohol...
