I believe some people are mixing between the EPL and The English NT..if the EPL is good its definitely not because of English players..its because of players like Drogba,Essien,Fabregas,Berbatov,Alonso and C.Ronaldo...

i dont know what Svenson has over Kallstrom..Kallstrom would add vital creativity to your midfield..Linderoth is a good holding midfielder..but how old is he now..? 33-34?

i dont remember any humilation...what i remember is a Portuguese team unable to beat a Rooney-less England at their own turf in 2004..and also not able to beat a ten man england in 2006...far from humiliation IMO.
