My main concern (or question) with Motta is how he would plan on utilizing Vlahovic. Because Zirkzee is such a big part of his current system, and Vlahovic’ skillset is completely different. Zirkzee is utilized almost as a 10. That’s not Vlahovic at all.

Motta will be good even if hes my second choice. I respect how ballsy he is with his tactics. Hes been running a 4141 at bologna.

he’s shown to be very adaptable and I’d argue he’s doing more with less. His base formation fits the current squad. He’s also Italian with ties to Juve while Motta might bounce at the first offer from a bigger club.

I might be in the minority here but i would rather have Palladino than Motta. Beggars cant be choosers though.
