He could be average to dreadfull as a RB, RW and great as RWB. The thought of him playing as RW sickens me, we should sign a proper winger to play that role. Isla is a "good" player no one is denying that, but do we really needs him and spending that sum of money on him for me is still pointless...

Defienetely not, still think it's a pointless signing, and that money could be better spent elsewhere.

:boh: The point is the 3-5-2 and we should play the 4-3-3, Our best performances were when we played that formation, we dominated games easily, the only problem is that we couldn't finish . With the right upgrades will be lethal in tha formation, plus it suits all our players.

when is the last time any team playing with a 3 man defence won the CL or any major tournament ?

We have many positions that need upgrades before buyin someone in a position where we are the most covered with Both Licht and Caceres. And for the love of God, the 3-5-2 won't cut it ine the CL. We played our best football playing the 4-3-3.

Pointless transfer of ISLA.

Minor upgrades, why should we keep doing that ? Plus Isla never played as a RW, he player as a RMF in a 3 MF but why we should buy someone to play him out of position and we already have two good players in his natural position ( Licht, Caceres) Enlighten me Nick ?

I'm out of words, why we are after a player that we don't need when we have more pressing needs in many other positions. If this shit go through Marotta will ciment his reputation as a dumb SD.
