[Champions League] JUVENTUS 1-1 Bordeaux (Sep. 15th 2009)

Well, whatever the case, I still want to see more of Trezeguet. If we can get him back to fitness and on form, he will be great to use in situations like these where we have little midfield support or no Diego. Then we can revert to a 4-3-3 system and get more crosses in from the wings...

I still don't see why people think he's something so great. Maybe I'm missing something.

Yeah, but we shouldn't be conceding the midfield with these players in the team, especially Melo.

Of course, but Marchisio had a very poor match as well. Lets be honest here.

[Champions League] JUVENTUS 1-1 Bordeaux (Sep. 15th 2009)

Alen, my first point on the match was that if Diego is unavailable, we need a pure finisher or poacher in the team, like Trezeguet. If we don't have a scoring threat or midfield support at the top of the box, then that means we need to finish our crosses in the box. Yak and Amauri miss too...

That might have done some good.

That's the thing. You don't have a point. The result is still the same and Marchisio SHOULD have scored, just like Yak should have had more than one goal. That's not unlucky, that's poor shooting. End of.

I don't even think you watched the match. It was a fair result, but crybabies like yourself will harp that we were unlucky. Of course, it's not a surprise that many here do indeed think you're a female poster.

 Waaah. Now go talk shit about Trezeguet.

I'd say hitting the post is the same thing as missing wide. Ball didn't go in. That's just the fact of the matter.

With a little luck, Bordeaux could have gotten the three points. With a little luck, a meteorite could have fallen from the sky on Pippo Inzaghi tonight.

What shit luck? Bordeaux created many chances as well. Some could make an argument that we were lucky.

[Champions League] JUVENTUS 1-1 Bordeaux (Sep. 15th 2009)

I'll watch a clean match of the version later because I kept fiddling with streams, but without Diego on the pitch we need a true finisher, a true poacher. Trezeguet should therefore play. Iaquinta misses all sorts of chances, as per always, and Amauri misses chances as well. If we don't have...

Caceres got owned on the wing in both halves, and if it wasn't for Buffon, we'd have been in big trouble.

Way to not quote the meat of my post.

[Champions League] JUVENTUS 1-1 Bordeaux (Sep. 15th 2009)

Where did I say we shouldn't give him a chance? To be more precise than you, I'm telling the truth about said player's performance while bashing other peoples' opinions of him, which were based solely upon his goal, quite frankly. All I'm claiming is that we have no idea how Caceres will...

[Champions League] JUVENTUS 1-1 Bordeaux (Sep. 15th 2009)

Exactly. And I love it how Caceres is now overrated just because of his goal. Without it, he most probably would have been rated as the worst player on the pitch on Saturday by everyone. It was a good goal, yes, but the rest of his play was horrible, especially defensively. Therefore...
