quick note: we can't ping anything when i'm on my company network because the firewall blocks pings here's my results (keep in mind that i'm on my home connection now)

ok i gave it a try and it still doesn't work right now i am at home and i tested out my VPN from home and i can connect to the site from home on my company's VPN connection. any suggestions?
