Real need 3 to win while Barcelona need 5 to win, 4 to draw. Also Bayern is stronger than Dortmund, so makes sense that Real is slightly optimistic and Barcelona is not.

That's not how chances are calculated, anybody can win but people usually take past performances into factor when calculating probability.
