[Europa League] Manchester City v JUVENTUS (Sept. 30th 2010)

He didn't offer much of a threat but he did a lot of good work when he didn't have the ball. The fact that he wasn't dangerous other than on set pieces doesn't sum up his season so far. He was very good against Udinese and Palermo.

[Europa League] Manchester City v JUVENTUS (Sept. 30th 2010)

Good result. I expected us to lose and they absolutely dominated the game after we scored so I'll take a point for sure. We were much better defensively than in previous games but I seriously think Del Neri needs to start thinking about benching Marchisio. He doesn't win balls and he doesn't...

[Europa League] Manchester City v JUVENTUS (Sept. 30th 2010)

Kompany was excellent against Chelsea on Saturday. Yeah, Man City have played six league games so far this season. De Jong has played the full 90 in five of them.

That's not true. He's started in almost all of their games this season.

[Europa League] Manchester City v JUVENTUS (Sept. 30th 2010)

I don't know if I agree. When they play 4-5-1 Tevez is the lone striker and he plays through the middle. With Adebayor starting Tevez will have more freedom to drift wide and attack our full backs, and he's more dangerous than Milner or Silva if you ask me. I expect Adam Johnson to give De...

[Europa League] Manchester City v JUVENTUS (Sept. 30th 2010)

Mancini has picked an interesting team, leaving out Milner and Silva and going with Adebayor alongside Tevez. Good decision by him imo. Man City haven't looked very threatening with their 4-5-1 so going for two strikers against our defense is a good move. 3-1 Man City

Benching Pepe for this game seems like a terrible idea.

[Europa League] Manchester City v JUVENTUS (Sept. 30th 2010)

Bullshit. They played their best team. Man City beat them twice last season as well. It had nothing to do with Chelsea focusing on the Champions League.

[Europa League] Manchester City v JUVENTUS (Sept. 30th 2010)

Yeah that's what they play. De Jong, Toure and Barry in the middle, Milner and either Silva or Johnson in the wide positions, Tevez as a lone striker.

[Europa League] Manchester City v JUVENTUS (Sept. 30th 2010)

They're not very creative but they're strong, organized and hard to break down. I'd be happy with a draw.
