I think there's a good reason why Elrio Van Heerden doesn't get a chance. He never struck me as a good player, not even a good prospect imo.

About Zambrotta, I don't think the problem is only due to motivation. Or perhaps you mean he has been playing an entire season without motivation? I didn't mean Pirlo was great or anything, but he was definitely a lot better than Montolivo & De Rossi, better than most of the team actually.
