I think it makes sense, you should get bad rep for trying to steal, whether you succeed or not. Stealing makes you a bad person. :P Fliakis: It does, if you're lucky. It would make no sense that you succeed too easily, because then everyone would steal as it would pay out in the long run.

Yeah if you fail the amount you tried to steal goes to the theftee. Kind of like a lottery, the odds aren't in your favor if you attempt.
