In any case...competition is good. As long as we get a good price for them everything else is secondary to me. Obviously I'd prefer Barca though, all other things being equal.

I don't see how one rumour dispels all the others saying he's leaving. Milan aren't by any means the only club with the resources to get him, and if I know Gigi at all staying at Juventus isn't a second or even third choice.

As do I. He has always been class in my book but sadly he is perpetually overlooked even by Juventini. Anything near the promise he showed half a decade ago would make us all forget Thuram in a hurry.

Lets not make the mistake of taking finances for granted here. Fiorentina, Parma and Lazio have made that mistake and paid dearly. A mass exodus of our biggest stars is to be expected, no club in the world can afford to pay an 8/9-figure salary to its staff every year in the second division...
