Differs all over the continent. In Holland it starts at 30 bucks an hour but if you speed by more than 15 km/h (I think) it rises very quickly. If you speed by more than 40 km/h you lose your license and potentially your car (if you went seriously too fast)

That's crazytalk. Each lesson (one hour) here costs 55 euros, the theory exam is about 100 euros and the practical exam another 100. A basic package includes 36 lessons + exams meaning you spend around 1900-2000 euros for a license

Hm I don't think you could, no. Companies that pay for your license usually draw up a fine print contract that reads you'll either have to work for them for a set period of time, or pay pack the costs of the lessons and exam(s).
