I am an advocate of talent, and in your scenario, with cost being equal, I would find it very hard to believe that whatever backup striker they get would have even 50% of the skill that Sancho has. You can never have too much talent on your squad. Motta can figure that out.

And one player, ONE, has been integrated back in the squad, and that is Mckennie. Everyone else is either gone, not welcome back, or in the case of Milik, injured. Not much he could do about that last one.
