All kinds of stuff...errr for curry we use curry lol, for our stews we use caramelized sugar, loads of onions and pepper and garlic. We season with local seasonings (shadon beni, etc.). Our most popular local fast foods are things like doubles and chicken roti and corn soup and cow heel soups...
