I took the day off work today because they told me it's ready...now I have go back on Wednesday because of info they did not give me before. I have to take another day off on Wednesday.

Doubtful that they could get anywhere near as bad. I made my car purchase since at the beginning of the month, still haven't gotten it. Oh and their lack of manners is also appalling. Customer service here is as rude as it gets.
