He is playing very deep. And that makes it hard for him to make really telling passes. All he can do back there is nudge the ball about in a fairly harmless fashion. So you have Pirlo with his failing more exposed and his strengths minimised. Sounds like a recipe for deciding Van Bommel...

I think that as soon as Chiellini tried to play the ball he became active and was therefore offside. I see Gazzetta disagrees with me though with regards Chiellini being active. They still say the goal was offside, but on the basis that Caceres was marginally beyond the line...

The Caceres goal is more clearly offside. Caceres is borderline. But Chiellini is offside and he has to be considered to have been interfering with play, even though he didn't manage to touch the ball.

Some statements are clear enough you could give bans, but most people are careful enough with how they phrase things - even if it is perfectly clear what they are alluding to. Not entirely sure what the rules are in Italy, but here (and in England) you are generally allowed to criticise...

Quite possibly, as Pirlo is going very deep at times. But if Hamsik wasn't going to go and mark Pirlo, he should then have dropped deep enough to help Lopez and Gargano against Juve's other midfielders. The more I see Benitez, there more I think he is regressing tactically.
