My money is on her and Cersei. And as for Shae, she isn't the least bit dumb or innocent. (This is just for the Shae part nothing else. )

I was just saying that Jaime made the deal with Tywin during the court recess. We have zero evidence of him making this deal with Tywin before the trial began. Was that enough time to get Shae in the plan? When I said I agree with Alc, I meant that in the end Shae did not love Tyrion. I...

Jaime agreed to that during a trial recess. There was no way Tywin would have been 100% sure that Jaime would have said what he did before hand. How could he possibly threaten Shae that quickly? I agree with Alc.
