I think based on Allegri's career, he prefers to play with at least two attackers on the pitch at the same time. Even if Dybala leaves I don't think we'd play a strict 4-3-3.

He definitely does. Bentancur covers a lot of ground and at a very high intensity to boot, runs about 11.5-12km in games where he plays the whole 90 minutes. Here's the Milan game for example:
