As I said it's a 4.5 billion loan without adjusting for inflation. During the 41 years us probably lost between 9 to 15 billion.

We are going to wait and see. And I read the story the UK paid it's last part of the debt of 4.5 billion back in 2006. What's funny is that they never adjusted for inflation which probably would mean at least 20 - 25 billion in today's economy.

Please provide evidence that Ukraine paid a penny for them. They might pay something back when they are going to have an up and running country but never the amount owed. Just ask the Europeans how much did they payed for the Marshall plan.
