3412 doesn't need any wider players then 352. It's just about configuration in central midfield. Why? Because 3412 is faster and more attacking than 352. 3412 brings creativity and speed, and also we don't have to destroy stability of 3/5man defense gained during years with Conte. Just compare...

Just go for 3412, it's easy and not a problem. And even not necessary to play 3412 each time - just have an option. It's much easier that 433. For this wee need 1/2 AMc/SS.

yaya is still excellent. but schweini is not very good this season.

Usual winger (like Di Maria for example) can't play wingback in 352 like Asa and Licht. Who can u suggest for that roles as and instant upgrade of ours WBs?
