  1. Christian Poulsen

It was not an open fracture, it was a wound that he got from Gattuso's studs. A broken fibula is much less complicated than a broken tibia. He doesn't need any surgery because the fracture is not complicated. No ligaments were damaged. The official news is that within 30 days he'll be back...
  2. Christian Poulsen

juventus.com says it's 1 month until he can return to the pitch and start running. So I think 2 months is realistic.
  3. Christian Poulsen

An "uncomplicated" fracture. Complicated would be scomposta. ;)
  4. Fabio Cannavaro

Screw our team... Thanks for reminding me that the rest of the bunch is having one hell of a season. :snoop:
  5. Fabio Cannavaro

Gazzetta dello Sport gave him a 6.5 (best rating of the team). And he saved our asses quite a few times. Just saying.... :D
  6. [Serie A] Juventus 2-1 Inter, beyotches! (Se saltelli, muore Balotelli) Dec 5th, 2009

I think that was Grosso (who also screwed up the offside) but I'm not sure either as my stream freezed like every ten seconds.
  7. [Serie A] Juventus 2-1 Inter, beyotches! (Se saltelli, muore Balotelli) Dec 5th, 2009

I think Eto'o was Marchisio's man... Still don't know who was supposed to be marking Samuel in that possible penalty situation... One thing is for sure. Our defending on set pieces - let's put it nicely - has margins of improvement.
  8. [Serie A] Juventus 2-1 Inter, beyotches! (Se saltelli, muore Balotelli) Dec 5th, 2009

Since when? :sergio: BTW, who was supposed to mark Samuel on that possible penalty on him? Anybody knows?
  9. [CL] Bordeaux 2-0 Juventus, Nov 25th, 2009

No, he took a bruise. ;)
  10. [CL] Bordeaux 2-0 Juventus, Nov 25th, 2009

Nope. Or wait, Legro was warming up for a while when Canna was limping after picking up a knock to his thigh during the Udinese game, wasn't he? He looked to have recovered well during the match but maybe he's not at 100 %. And Legro hasn't done too bad lately so probably it's also a bit...
  11. [CL] Bordeaux 2-0 Juventus, Nov 25th, 2009

    Two posts above yours. ;)
  12. [CL] Bordeaux 2-0 Juventus, Nov 25th, 2009

    Heard that too...
  13. Fabio Cannavaro

The guy in the middle plays for one of Juve's youth teams (if anyone is interested...). :D
  14. [Europe] 2010 World Cup qualifying thread

I remember both Stefan Effenberg (during the match) and Günther Netzer (after the match) working as experts on German TV saying that in their opinion it was a penalty. Now I've never seen them run around with a blue kit yelling "Azzurri, Azzurri!". :D
  15. Giorgio Chiellini

How very nice to say this, Canna will be happy. :D His form has been impressive in the last two months, hope he can keep it. Go Chiello!!!
  16. [FML] Serie A 2009/2010

Barzagli is sitting on the bench in WOLFSBURG.
  17. [GER] Bundesliga 2009/2010

Actually he already suffered depressions in 2003 when he was havin a very bad time career wise (his daughter wasn't born yet). Unfortunately he was ill. Depressions are an illness that can be caused by many different things. It also can be genetical.
  18. [GER] Bundesliga 2009/2010

Oh c'mon... Löw made it pretty clear that Enke and Adler were both fix to be going to South Africa. It was just non sure yet who'd be the No. 1.
  19. [GER] Bundesliga 2009/2010

Terrible news. He was one of those quiet footballers who just try to do their job on the pitch. I can only wish for his wife to have a lot of strength now. To lose your daughter and then your husband within three years. And they had only adopted a kid a few months ago...
