Dybala having shitty stamina is another one of these Tuz myths that is not true at all but people still keep repeating it.

That explains the three attacking mids. Palermo had some decent mids like Liverani, Simplicio and Migliaccio. Would put at least one of them there instead of Vazquez.

There's basically no midfield that isn't a massive downgrade from Pogba - Pirlo - Vidal. That can't be the standard we expect because it's completely unrealistic to have a midfield that is as good as that one.
