Did some calculations: With new tax rule: if you sell Dybala, Higuain, Mandzukic, Matuidi, Cuadrado, Khedira you lose 32M in net wages, which at historical tax regime is ~56M gross. If you buy De Ligt & Neymar at new tax regime, it's about 62M gross. :D
