Clearly there is no strategy. People say we must sell before we sign but that's not true. We signed a 4th goalkeeper without selling. We signed like 3 midfielders and have yet to sell 1. All while having no wingers and a right back.

He should have learned from the Dybala situation. Dybala was asking for more than 10m a year only to end up with half of that at Roma.

I swear the best player to go from Serie A to EPL besides Mo Salah is probably Cristian Romero. I can't think of a Serie A signing that has taken the next step in that league.

I kind of agree, we have 4 goalkeepers and no wingers while just hiring a coach that plays wingers. This team has a lot of problems but Szczesny is not one of them. And you could argue that we have 3 Serie A starting goalkeeper material in the squad right now.

What I'm asking myself is that if we wanted to sign Soule based on the season he had, would Roma sell him to us for that price?

We're clearly not using wingers next season. Unless we plan on bringing in 3 new ones before the season. It's going to be a 3-5-2 or 4-3-1-2.
