    [Serie A] JUVENTUS 1-1 Cagliari (May, 9th, 2015)

Marrone for Marchisio and I'd be 100% happy with that... I we simply cannot afford to risk injury or fatigue with Claudio now, if something were to happen kiss a win, or scoring at all at the Bernabeu (with an unfit Pogba) goodbye, our midfield balance and strength will be totally shot...

    Martin Cáceres

Busted foot in training, so they put him under the knife. Whilst he had that done they fixed his shoulder too, which was dislocated in an early European match IIRC (torn rotator cuff maybe, not entirely sure).

    Andrea Barzagli

Considering we're one of the few leagues that actually know/remember how to defend with any kind of tactical nous, individual skill, aptitude and team cohesion...

    Martin Cáceres

They said he'd be out for 10 weeks at the start of March, question is, will we see him before the season is finished? He'll be an asset to have on the bench if anything might happen to Licht, or as a backup at CB because I'm still not convinced by Ogbonbon.

    Fabio Quagliarella

Oh why did we sell this guy... Such a clean and powerful striker of the ball! Should've sold Giovinco and possibly Llorente at the start of the season and kept the Quag. 20 goals so far this season, not bad at all for someone playing for Torino!

    Luca Marrone

That said, Conte and even Allegri have stupidly used Padoin as a CM replacement at times. Which has only served to further hinder Marrone's development, which is a shame too because he had much more potential.

    Luca Marrone

We should give him a run in the upcoming match since we've already tied up the serie A. it would be nice to rest Marchisio and Vidal, keep them fresh against RM since they need to put it all on the table in La Liga to keep up with Barça. A Midfield of Pepe--Marrone--Sturaro would be interesting...

    Felipe Melo

Still, I know Melo is a knob and deservedly cops a lot of flak, but in the dark Del Neri days, aside from a couple of games where he lost his shizzle, he was one of the few players that played his guts out and stood tall when the rest of the team crumbled. The likes of Melo, Toni, Matri, ADP...
