Don’t know. But a large reason for the anticipated deficit next year is because we continue to add wage despite the fact that the previous years’ profit was due to capital gains. We’ve had some nice gains in ticket revenue, and sponsorship dollars but we can’t expect to generate €150M worth of...
Yeah - Exor could make it up directly - issue itself more shares for cash, or it could issue more stock to the public. Preferred stock could work too. Not sure how UEFA looks at at preferred stock, but that could be a loopwhole. The last time it was done was in 2011/2022 where it issued 118M.
FFP break even is an adjusted number & add-backs are material. There is also a 35M allowance with 30 needing to be funded by equity. FFPP = FFP Profit...
FFPP T-0 + FFPP T-1 + FFPP T-2 must therefore equal -35M. Given my assumptions for FFP profit, I believe we can lose ~25M in 2019/2020 and...
Totally...he has failed in the very fundamentals of his job. I don’t dislike Paratici, but having 7 central midfielders who all could start on the majority of ucl teams and all champions league teams and then needing to drop one is mismanagement, he should have done better

Ultimately, that is up to him. But if he plays like a stud in Serie A they'll keep him. Khedira was close to being excluded, and then he impressed Sarri. But yeah, if he stays on the bench during Serie A, he's probably out the door in January.
He still could be added in the knockouts. It's very early, and the team is learning the system. If he impresses in Serie A, I'm sure he will be added for the knockouts. He shouldn't get too discouraged, and hopefully it lights a fire under his butt and he performs better.
So it depends on how much that player was bought for. If are nearly amortized like Dybala or Pjanic for example, your year 1 profit will be the size of the capital gain. (Say 70M) if you then buy a player for 70 million on a 5 year contract + a 15M wage, your year 1 cost is 14+15=29M, so the...
If we really want an extra CB, Benatia is my choice. He’s solid defensively and replaces some of the grinta that we lose with Chiellini being out. He’s also very strong in the air. And most importantly, he’s well known by the team.

I think Matuidi is being played due to work rate. Ronaldo is being given a free role which leaves a lot of space on the left flank. Matuidi played as a hybrid LM/CM for France in the World Cup as well.
The problem is his on the ball ability.

He said that it had nothing to do with his lack of experience or being ready tactically. He said the cramp proved that he wasn’t match fit and that was the only reason he struggled. The coach’s comments directly contradicted that. Nicol is such an idiot.

Sarri I think would be a little more aggressive on encouraging the pressing. After the third goal, we went full Allegri mode.
