Yesterday I found myself celebrating as Fiorentina scored their third. Especially after all the shit they have been spewing over the last couple of months, it just feels so good to watch them get humiliated at their own ground.

It feels rather shitty we gifted a really rather poor Dortmund side that away goal. We should've scored a third as well, I hope this doesn't come back to bite us in the ass in the second game. In all honesty though, we should be able to hold this Dortmund at a draw, even in Germany.

He did, occasionally, look dangerous, but didn't really do anything useful with the ball most of the time. I thought his positioning was rather poor, which was the main reason he was rarely involved like you said. It wasn't a good game from him.... or almost anyone for that matter.

Especially in Europe we would really suffer if we were to insist on starting Pirlo with a more attacking setup. In Serie A we could well get away with it on most occasions, but unfortunately I think the negatives would start to outweigh what he offers once we have proper creative players up top.
