Besides the 6 that you mentioned I'd also put Barca and Arsenal ahead of Inter, yes. but you're right, they probably are not only top16, but also top10.

They wont finish with 98, pretty certain they'll regress to a more normal pace over the course of the season. And it was a shitty CL group. I think we can all agree that Inter isnt a top8 team in Europe, but they probably are a top16 team.

Imo they've been quite lucky with ref decisions and opponents missing crucial penalties against them, in other circumstances they easily could have 6-8 points less.

    Dušan Vlahović

Sure, but goals wise dude is also on a bit of a rainbow patch. F.e. the 2 goals he scored against Sass were with xG 0.03 and 0.04, that is an anomaly

    [Serie A] Inter Milan 1-0 Juventus [4th February, 2024 20:45 CET]

This one'll impact not just one week, but'll set the tone for the next couple of months We win the game and Id say we have the upper hand in the Scudetto race even if we're a game ahead. We lose it its not the end of the world, but we'd have to be near perfect to keep the race alive in the...

We should be brave and go for a win here, nothing good will come from giving too much respect to this Inter team

    [Serie A] Inter Milan 1-0 Juventus [4th February, 2024 20:45 CET]

I think everything is pretty predictable bar Yildiz/Chiesa (who'll play 60 and who 30) and the 3rd CB, Allegri has had different preferences between Sandro, Gatti and Rugani.

Reacher s02 was a letdown, especially the writing felt significantly weaker. If Id give the first season at least an 8/10, this is barely a 6 if even that.

Thats a typical Marotta move. Can't say I like the player, but this clearly shows ambition to win now rather than build for future.

Will definitely be a close, physical game. I am curious who Max sees as the 3rd starting CB nowadays, Bremer-Danilo-??? We cant afford fuckups here and all of Gatti, Rugani and Sandro have it in them to cost us this game in their own special way

    Carlos Alcaraz

Best case scenario: this guy is the heir to Maradonas talent, we sell Chiesa to fund him and never regret it. Realistic scenario: he stays here for 5 months, plays 5-10 games and goes back to Southampton. I dont think we realistically have the 50m available for spending if we intend to comply...

English 2nd division financially is probably already ahead of Netherlands and Portugese 1st divisions and if its not yet soon it will be. No idea about the level, but the money in English football is serious and I doubt the level is shit.

depends on how talented are the hardworking players and what's on the bench. I don't think you can score enough goals over a league season or sustain a CL run if you have only one talented attacking guy + 10 runners and tacklers. f.e. Conte's Juventus was a bit like this where Pirlo was given...
